What we collect

• Account: your email address and a password (stored only as a hash by our authentication provider).
• Purchases: which Product you bought, the amount, date and Stripe references. Card details go directly to Stripe and never reach us.
• Downloads: which version you downloaded and when, to provide your purchase history.
• Anonymous usage statistics: page views and clicks on key buttons. We use no cookies and no third-party trackers. A visitor is counted using a one-way hash of IP address and browser that changes every day and cannot be reversed; the IP address itself is not stored. We ignore browsers that send Do Not Track.

Why (legal basis)

To deliver what you bought and run your account (contract); to keep records we must keep for tax and accounting (legal obligation); and to understand which pages work and keep the service secure (legitimate interest).

Who processes your data

• Supabase: database, authentication and file storage (hosting).
• Stripe: payment processing and receipts.
• Cloudflare: website hosting and content delivery.
• Email delivery provider: sends sign-up confirmation and password-reset emails.

These providers process data on our behalf and may do so outside your country; where required, transfers rely on standard contractual clauses or equivalent safeguards.

How long we keep it

Account and purchase records are kept while your account exists and for as long as tax law requires us to keep invoices. Anonymous usage events are kept for up to 13 months.

Your rights

You can ask us to access, correct, export or delete your personal data, and to restrict or object to processing, by emailing support@softreuse.com. If you are in the EU/UK you may also complain to your data protection authority. We do not sell personal data and do not use it for advertising.
